Gaia & Ea are the same soul split between two vessels, a young grass/water nymph and of course the larger titan who is the ruler of all of Creta, the largest system of planets in the Mystic Realm. Creta was a massive lush jungle like kingdom with multiple planets the size of stars. Creta sank into the Astral Ocean during the First Dragon Wars. We find out later this is because Gaia/Ea were desperate to protect the Dragons from the wrath of Draco and Heracles, even collecting the soul of the slain Green and Blue Dragons into her own body. Creta sank below the Astral Ocean to become a sanctuary for the remaining Dragons and sank so deep that the sky of these planets is the Astral Ocean itself and you can see whales, fish, dolphins, monsters, leviathans and even krakens floating and swimming above them. A certain portion of this ocean in the sky housed Atlantis, another legendary lost city which dissappeared during the Dragon Wars. While the vessel Ea and Athena were good friends, the ancient Gaia was a legendary titan Goddess warrior and one of the most powerful Gods, even earning the respect and somewhat fear of Draco and Heracles, as in her youth Gaia could control all creatures and titans within the Mystic Realm, giving her a massive army the likes of which no one has ever seen on a whim, but Gaia preferred peace and called this ability to control all creatures a ‘Weapon I would hopefully never have to use’ as she believed taking the freedom from beings away, even the tiniest insect, was a breach of what Gods and Goddesses should do. some say she is the only benevolent God left, if she is alive since no one has seen her in 10,000 years. After the legendary battle of Drago Creta, the first major battle of The Omni War and the battle where Damien became a famous warrior, defeating hordes of Pirates, Titans and Dragonians on his own, Gaia’s titan form was slain to protect her worlds and she was reborn permanently into the body of Ea, but she was reduced to a small child. Creta also rose back up to the surface after the battle leaving the kingdom exposed to danger and without a strong leader to protect it like Gaia, so Griffon made it his territory to keep it safe.
