When we first meet her, Wendy is a secret service agent who is tasked with protecting Reverand Noah Matthews, a priest who is also running for political office. Wendy meets Ava when she gets her internship at the Reverand Noah’s campaign office and the two become close. She tells Ava about the resistance and how the resistance right now has a mysterious benefactor who the leader Griffon is curious about. We find out later that Wendy has actually been a double agent all this time who is secretly working for the resistance, as she was sent on a mission to infiltrate the western kingdom to try to find the person or persons who have been selling young people to the kingdom in the right to be enslaved. Wendy finally gets evidence to prove this person was the priest Noah Matthews all along, however, when she finally uncovers the entire plan, she is assassinated… until Griffon makes it to the kingdom in the west and they manage to save her right before she died due to being buried alive. The Revels manage to save her, but her skin is pale and the light has left her eyes, she seems different, more distant… Did they save Wendy, or something else?
