Ragnor is a soldier who was punished heavily by Heracles himself for being a soldier who was against war in the Holy Legion. He was then exiled from Titan and stripped of his rank. He became a sell sword to earn a living and was eventually hired to be the knight of Athena at the Traven Academy. Ragnor is a quiet protector of his master Athena, despite her constantly mistreating him. She insults him for having small magical capacity, only being able to use very light combat magic. When the Revels get to Traven Academy, Damien’s power is seen to be so low that Athena was about to deny him acceptance into the school but Damien pleaded with Athena to give him a chance to prove himself. She told Damien, “You can fight my knight, Ragnor… If you can put up a good fight, I will allow you entry into my school.” Damien fought Ragnor who had just slightly more magical capacity and combat prowess over the boy, causing Damien to lose and be embarrassed in front of the entire school. Ragnor defeated Damien quickly and swiftly, but Damien kept getting back up to fight more, aggravating Ragnor. Right as Ragnor was about to deliver a killing blow to Damien, Athena stopped her knight and allowed Damien entry into the school, under the condition that Damien would be placed into the lowest class level. We then later find out that Ragnor has the soul of one of the Gendry brother’s ancient ancestors.
